I really love these Waterboy daily hydration packets in watermelon. The flavor is super clean and refreshing without being too sweet. Compared to the weekend recovery version, this one feels lighter and more functional for everyday use. It is not quite as calming or "relaxing" as the weekend blend, but that actually makes it better for staying sharp and hydrated throughout a busy workday. I like the weekend one, but it can make me sleepy (but less anxious).I use it daily and feel a noticeable difference in energy and focus, especially on days when I am not drinking enough water otherwise. Easy to mix, no weird aftertaste, and has become a staple in my routine.

Exactly as advertised, great hydration product that’s perfect for keto!! Tastes a little salty but that’s the point !! For those constantly suffering from dehydration and headaches you need to try it. I gave some to my gf and her splitting migraine that she’s convinced isn’t from dehydration went away within a half hour.

Really delicious and I like how much cleaner of an electrolyte it is, but it is very expensive. Love using it for workouts

Salty at first, but tastebuds quickly adapted. EXCELLENT for people with POTS or other issues that cause chronic dehydration. Felt immediate difference with water boy. More energy and less overall fatigue. With the heatwave coming I will be trying the workout version to up my salts.

Tasty? No. drinkable? Barely. Would I ever purchase another flavor? Double no, since this has been the second flavor I have tried from the company (strawberry lemonade being the first) and it has still tasted lackluster. I had hopes that blue raspberry was going to be better since I love everything blue raspberry, but weirdly, it tasted no different than the strawberry lemonade. Do yourself a favor and go with Redmond Relyte; much better taste!

I live in the desert so hydration is a must. Hydrate today for tomorrow. I have been through every hydration pack on the market and this one is hands down the best. Great flavor, no chemical taste, slightly salty, mixes well in the water and hydrates well. I absolutely love waterboy

I have been seeing this product all over my tiktok fyp and I have always been a liquid IV girly but I thought i'd give this a try. It tastes good and there's no chalky residue! I run 5ks, im pretty health driven and I have been thinking about doing a 36 hour fast and this product is fast approved and gluten free which is perfect for me! super easy you just open the packet and put in 12 ounces of water shake/stir and go!
