In the description it clearly states that the battery will work with this backup unit. When I received the product, I descovered that the positive and negative terminals are switched from the the original battery and the cables are not long enough for the battery to be put into the compartment in the right orientation for the cover to be reinserted.I attempted to return the product, and the seller sent me a return label that requires me to pay for return shipment.This is an invalid product description and I am being asked to pay for returns for something that is incorrect in their product description?I called an Amazon representative, and they have sent an email to the seller letting them know I am requesting a prepaid return label. I have not yet heard back from the sellerBuyers beware. the product picture doesn't show the top of the battery so it isn't clear that the positive terminal is on the right hand side vs left.UPDATED 1/18/23 - After Amazon reached out to the seller, they did send me a prepaid return label for me to return the battery. I did make a jumper cable to allow the positive wire to reach the positive terminal, so I may be keeping the product, in any case, the seller did come through (although I do think I shouldn't have had to have Amazon intervene. First, they worked well. I had ordered and paid for 60, I received 40. Contacted seller, he sent 10 more, contacted them again and they sent 10 more. These came packed in boxes of 20, with one label for both boxes on one box. So the carry may have failed to get all 3 boxes to me. IDK. I am sharing my experience. Place all 60 and the machine would not function. Had to call the technician (total cost for him to come out was $512) and found one of the batteries was bad, and would not hold a charge.
