These have helped my digestion like nothing else. I had my gall bladder removed about 9 months ago and digestion has been difficult. I think this product works for the most part. I think I have a sensitivity to food that's very high in fat - I get really bad upset stomach, sometimes even in the middle of eating. So this product was pretty helpful in helping with that. I think it worked 90% of the time. The only con is how expensive it is. I'll probably have to find an alternative that's more affordable.

I tried these because I didn't want to feel awful after a certain meal but I didn't really notice a difference. Perhaps I would have felt worse had I not taken the chew, though. No way to tell. It tastes nice and the chewability is also nice, so that is a plus. Doesn't seem worth it for me, in the end.

They really help with my digestion. I take right before eating a food that may bother me.
