The first time you use it the product recommends to use 2 to get it clean. This product is so easy to use, just open the packet, dump it into your empty washer and run a cycle! The design is eye catching and I love love love the smell. It's so fresh and clean and I can't get enough of it! We don't really have hard water, so I use this to clean out any gunk that decides to hang around once a month. My clothes come out smelling great and feel cleaner. I haven't noticed it leaving a residue or clumping, or sticking to the washer.
