Usually I won't write any reviews, but did it because of their customer support. After two months of usage, it got into an spark issue. During operation, within motor the plasma strikes appeared. Called their customer support, within two days they got me one for the replacement. That was quick. Also coming to the performance, it's good. The chord length, weight, water holding capacity all perfect. Overall a good vaccum cleaner considering its price point.
