I see that the belt is only 39 inches long.  Is there a way for it to be extended, so that runners who are not rail thin can utilize the belt?

Thanks for your question. For this running belt, the whole length is 39inch (100cm), and glow part is 15.7inch(40cm), and other parts is elastic bands, can be puller into very large size. And also have adjustable buckle can short into small size.

The belt turns on when it's plugged in but doesn't work once I remove it from the charger. Do I need to remove a tab for the battery?

Is the belt reflective when it is not illuminated?

Hi, for this led waistband, it glows with LED& TPU light-guiding tube, almost half of the whold bands can be illuminated. and at the two side of the bands, it have reflective stitches, it can reflective when highlight shot, like car light, it also add some visible in the dark. hope that can help you know more about our led belts.
