Replacement Ear Pads for Sennheiser HD280 Pro, AURTEC Headphones Earpads Cushion with High Elastic Sponge Form

I have read the reviews where some people said these were difficult to put on. I have replaced several on Sony Headphones and these work just as well as the Sony replacements. IWith any of these, it takes a little navigating to get the outside to fit into the groove, but there was no problem and it took about 5 minutes. They feel great.

These fit my HD555 headphones perfectly. They have the stiff mounting rings already installed, so it's easy to push the foam pads onto the ear cups and hear that satisfying 'click' as they are secured. The package also came with thin mesh covering for each ear cup (didn't use for the HD555) and a flat tool to pry off the old foam easily. Very happy with this ear pad replacement!

Restored my nearly 10 years old HD650

So happy these exist! A little tricky at first to put on, but I figured it out with the first one and the second was much easier. It may seem like they don't fit at first, but you'll get there.

Pads aren't very soft(which some people might love!) but they feel a little tight around my ears and I'm not the biggest fan, but for the price it's a pretty good replacement for the stock and I'll probably order these same ones again in 6 months

Update: removing old 1 star review and now with 5 stars. Originally I had a hard time fitting because I did not completely review all of the old foam plus the part that goes into the side slit. Once I figure out, install is easy and love the material.

Meh. These are ok for a little cheaper but they are smaller than the originals and are tighter on your ear. I put one on and immediately noticed the difference. I'll be removing them and getting original sennheiser replacements. They are easier to install than original replacements so that is a plus. If you're ok with a little bit smaller cup size than these may be for you.

Sight pain to install but no big deal. Great quality, nice and soft like originals and nice and comfy.

Decent cushions. I have no complaints. Need to replace mine for my HD650's I have owned for 10ish years. Fairly comfortable ... maybe just maybe some scratch to them? But like I said it's been 10 years so could just be incredibly adjusted to the originals even though, yes they need to be replace. Does the sound signature change at all ... well duh of course it will, they are fresh and new pads. If you have been using the same pads for 10 years with them slowly changing over time yes there will be a difference but nothing that would alter the intended signature. Takes a very small amount of time to get use to but the measure up well. Sometimes you have to throw out that old jacket and get a new one. (addressing the audio snobs) Recommended.

The ear pads are more comfortable than the old ones I have just discarded as the leather was peeling off - they were not easy to put on but a film clip on YouTube helped.

These ear pads fit great on my Sennheiser HD 280 headphones. Easy to fit, and they are very comfortable to wear.
