Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI Oro Due Vittorie 500ml

I bought this specific Balsamic because the one I usually buy from Amazon was out of stock and I had a bit more money I could allow for my spend and I really wasn't disappointed! I tried it neat when it arrived and it has such a lovely depth of flavour that I could probably sit and slug the bottle back! There's no harshness to it at all, a lovely depth of sweetness and the bottle is a decent size. I've now used it in a few different ways: in recipes to add sweetness and depth to what I'm cooking as an addition to pep a flavour up a bit, for example, in baked beans (be careful to only add a bit if you use it this way, because there will be a vinegaryness and not as much of the sweetness if you're heavy-handed with it. I learned the hard way!) and on fish and chips with sea salt flakes for a bit of a posh experience - it goes FANTASTICALLY on fish and chips! I will probably switch to this specific Balsamic if the one I used to buy doesn't come back into stock.

Absolutely best of the best! I did try lots of different brands but non of them was even close to that one. Natural and with no carmel added as in a chip brands

All the way from Italy this is beautiful balsamic. It was very well packaged for the journey too.

So far, my favourite balsamic vinegar. Very good.

High amounts of sugar so would not recommend

Best Balsamic vinegar from Italy and it is uneasy to find one without sulphrite and look no further this is your choice!

Tried this balsamic vinegar while staying in Sienna, absolutely loved it, bought some home for friends who loved it it too, really pleased I am able to buy it from Amazon. My first order delivered on time, definitely order again.

This is the best balsamic available. It’s a pity the shipping charge is almost the same as the cost of the balsamic
