The sound is fabulous and the unit is easy to operate. She was very happy with this over the ones we had looked at. Perfect fit for anyone and very secure. Happy I chose this over many others. Review: Nope, At First, Then... - Doesn't work. No bluetooth dongle included. Previously used item resold as new. UPDATE: I've received a new replacement wearable, and it has all the accessories and in it's plastic wrap. This time it's factory-fresh, and not a return sold as new. Impressive music/TV watching sound, not quite like the Bose Soundwear but, sounds good for what it is for it's price-point. Call quality is very good, and callers seem hear me fine. Comfortable, easy to wear and remove. Connectivity is becoming an issue however, and I don't know if it's common with items such as these. Connectivity may determine it's fate. UPDATE #2 The collar speaker delivers very good impressive sound for it's price-point. But it has continuous connectivity issues that are inconvenient and irritating. The maker claims you can have it paired to several devices. I could not get that to happen, either with both devices turned on, OR with one of two OFF. Forget about more than two. The issue was so bad that, I had to un-pair, and turn-OFF all devices I was NOT using. Then, I had to re-pair to the device I wanted to use. So, the advertised claim of more than one device connection to it, was optimistic at best. At least I did not enjoy that aspect of performance claims. But still sounds good for it's price-point. Just keep it paired to ONE of your devices.
