Can this be used to replace the capacitor in my ge dehumidifier which says 50uf 450vac?

What difference is between standard capacitor and dualcapacitor?

Dual Cap combines 2 capacitors inside, normally big volume for heating pump, small for heat dissipation fan. Standard Cap is only one capacitor inside. Some air conditioner still use old design such as Panasonic. I saw its heating pump used CBB65 Aluminum cap, yet the fan capacitor used CBB61 capacitor like common home fan or ceiling fan. other dual capacitor's body will bigger than the standard one.
