I purchased this product but after two days the charging port seems to be get damaged and it stopped charging but kudos to the company they actually got me a replacement. 4 stars to that!. This thing is value for money apart from the defect and it's so easy to use and portable thanks to the design and the bag provided with it. It helps a lot with post workout fatigues and Normal joint pain in adults .

Selling a product by overstating its core specifications is an Unfair Trade Practice. Under Section 2(47) of the Indian Consumer Law, this is a punishable offense. Even within Amazon's own detailed specifications, the battery claims are inconsistent, proving that the seller is hiding the truth to manipulate buyers. You cannot deceive Indian consumers by providing false specs. Transparency is not optional; it is a legal requirement. Do not be fooled by the high mAh claims. This is a classic case of Misleading Advertisement. Think twice before buying from a brand that lacks integrity in its listings.
