Nitecore NB Air 5000mAh Ultra Lightweight and Slim Power Bank, USB-C Port for Phones, Smart Watches, Earbuds, Flashlights, and Headlamps

I have both the 5000mAh and the 10000mAh versions of this battery. I had a problem with the first 5000 unit, but it was quickly replaced. These are my go to travel backup power supply. They are used primarily for keeping my iPhone 17 charged when traveling to remote locations. They both worked well and didn’t disappoint. They are a little more money than other units I have looked at and have purchased, however I needed a brand that I could trust and was reliable. Nitecore fit the bill and they don’t disappoint. Have charged both units at over 20 times each with no issues. They are always ready even after sitting 30 days. A nice feature. Before traveling I always charge to make sure they are ready, and they always are. I use the 5000 for single and double day trips, and the 10000 for week long excursions. Their size is perfect as is their weight. Glad I have them.

I’m starting to love Nitecore. Bought one of their backpacks and the quality gave me confidence to buy this little guy. Perfect for emergencies. Weighs nothing, fits everywhere. Charged my iPhone 16 pro max from 6-63 percent and did it quickly. I carry this in a waist pack for work when I’m away from the flagpole. Gives me the confidence that I’ll be able to add another 24 hours of standby on my phone in a pinch.

Works as designed. Compact. Good quality, I recommend it.

Currently experiencing issues with this power bank while charging iphone 15 plus. Charging stops and restarts repeatedly (shown via battery life indicator flashing on phone) after transferring around roughly 20%-25% of charge. In process of testing different cables to narrow down the problem. I use this same cable with a anker power bank on power delivery with no issues though. Will update once I narrow what's going on. Update: pulled out the original iphone cable, still happened. Also tested an Anker cable, same problem. Ran a test, was at 7% on phone, battery bank fully charged. Problem started at 25% on phone. Unplugged for 5 mins. Plugged back in, seems fine but then problem happened again at 40% charge on phone. Did the same thing, happened again at 51%. Not reliable for my needs, can't be sitting there baby sitting it. Back it goes unfortunately. Updated: Did a warranty exchange and replacement seems to be working just fine now.

A lot of power in a crazy small and light package. Super slim and can be carried in a front man’s jeans pocket comfortably.

Absolutely love this super thin 5000mAh power bank. Photos and videos don't do it justice just how thin and compact it is. Construction quality is top notch. Full fast charging speeds tested with my iPad. Love it for hiking without feeling the extra weight. Will be getting another one to use for my Fiio BTR17 portable dac amp. Well done, Nitecore.

Very light for travel or backpacking. Hoping it lasts a good time.

As a backpacker I was hoping this would solve weight issues but sadly it doesn’t do a good enough job. (1) only one port. (2) it barely charges an iPhone to a full charge. That one charge drains the bank. Realistically, it’s only good for an overnight and that’s if you have nothing else to be charged.

One of the smallest and lightest battery banks you can get. Still charges my phone fast, and can be recharged quickly.
