To be frank i was in doubt whether this dummy is durable enough and wasn't sure about the arms length. But as i started filling it, it started getting shape. The arms remained in air and the curve in arms was excellently engineered to help me learn Arm bar and other techniques. I will give 5 stars for both product and product delivery.
