This is the best night guard I have found so far - it is the thinnest and therefore the most comfortable to wear, but is also the toughest material that is hard wearing and does not wear through quickly. As a result of the above, the fitting can be a bit harder - but top tip is to push the mold really hard with your thumbs on the front teeth after the 1st minute in your mouth, this will make it a much tighter fit that won't fall out during the night. Give it a go!

Item is quite small, ie. It doesn't cover all my teeth. This means that it can't really do what it's meant for. I also find it quite shallow. Definitely not worth the money. There's cheaper ones on Amazon that come with 2 large and 2 small moulds that do a better job

next day delivery easy instructions Was unsure buying this, as sizing can be an issue. this one i would recommend for small adults, like an average to small head...or 'female' size. before i have bought pack where it has 4...of 2 sizes, and to match size i would say this one matches the smaller size in other packages. i struggled with other ones, do to them being a mouth full, and not lasting very long, i seem to be grinding my teeth alot while i sleep, and having a mouthful was off putting as it would wake me up, making me think i had food in my mouth or id end up gagging. not nice. however this one, does not fill the roof of your mouth, it goes only over your top teeth. i fitted it in one go, probably not very good, but due to past with other ones i would rather not 'try' again incase it thins it to much? but it fits, fine, just the moulding at front, at back of my teeth is not smooth and so irritates me. but with this one i dont gag, fits well, even fils the gaps between the teeth however small. has 2 different layers, the softer part which you shape to fit over your teeth and has a thicker stronger layer on the bottom outside, to help with i guess durability, and stil protects your bottom teeth when grinding in your sleep. i have only used this for few days however, compared to others that i have used, its doing much better! As for the price, i was unsure, as the pack of 4 i had before was under £20, and this one is a single one at £25...but my teeth are getting worse, so i just went for it, glad i did.

I went for this over cheaper options as I decided my dental health isn’t something to compromise on. It looked tiny when I took it out the box (I have big “dinosaur teeth” according to my dentist) and I was worried there wasn’t going to be enough moulding material, but in fact there was plenty. Fitting was straightforward- instructions easy to follow. I’ve been using it for a week and am very pleased with it. Stays in, comfy, easy to clean.

On first try they didn't stick and kept falling into my mouth. Which if course worried me that I may swallow them or worse.

I’ve purchased these a couple of times and they’ve been consistently good. They’re comfortable to use, provide solid protection, and stay in place through the night without feeling bulky. Easy to mould, and once fitted properly, you forget you’re wearing one — which is impressive given it’s sitting in your mouth. Two small gripes: moulding takes a bit of care to get right first time, and they don’t last forever if you grind heavily. That’s normal wear, not a flaw. Overall, reliable protection, decent comfort, and they’ve clearly earned repeat purchases. If my teeth could leave a review, they’d approve.

Absolute waste of money. Followed instructions and it just falls out after a few seconds. Tried to resize it again and even worse. It’s a gamble trying these so I’m sure they make lots of money from people before they realise the ones from the dentist are expensive, but the only sensible option. Very frustrating.

I followed instructions exactly and I didn’t manage to correctly mould it. Unfortunately it falls out of my mouth at night but I think that’s due to me messing up? It does fit fairly well in some places and has definitely helped with the grinding when it stays in. Cheaper than going to the dentist and much quicker so if you need a quick temporary solution this is a good one. The tray helps it stay in shape when you make it so it seems better than other mouth guards I’ve seen that are cheaper. Shame it’s so pricey and you only get one so if you mess up you can’t do anything but buy a new one.
