Had so many issues with spots/rash heat spots suddenly appearing on my forehead and then realised it was caused by hair gels / wax. So decided to change to natural products, and tried a couple but not great for styling. So finally tried this product and it’s brilliant ! So easy and smooth to apply and easily allows beautiful styling. In fact works even well after re styling a few hours later. Only mistake I made was leaving the cap of one night and the wax became lumpy but was ok next day (like it reset). Beautiful smells and so impressed, will not be using any other products. My spots on forehead has completely gone. Can now sleep without washing out the wax.

I’ve purchased this a few times, and one of the things I really like about this clay is how easy it is to wash off your hands when you’ve styled your hair; a must for when you rushing to get ready for work. The scent is very light, and in my opinion quite nice, and the clay works well on very short and short hair (I’m sure it also works well on other lengths, but I only ever have my hair very short or short). With Seven Potions Clay, less really is more, and as a result, you will find that it lasts a long time. Additionally, it’s made in the UK - less CO2 miles - and is vegan friendly; if you happen to follow a vegan diet / lifestyle. Overall a great product that keeps your hair styled and in place all day. After years of trying expensive med/strong hold wax and even more expensive shamppoos to wash it out so glad i found Seven Potions, easy to use,easy to wash resedue off hands and easy to restyle during the day....not the cheapest but cheap compared to other top brands

This product provides a good hold without feeling greasy or clumpy, as long as you warm it between your hands before applying. I particularly like that I can brush through my hair afterwards for a more natural finish. I’ve been on the lookout for hair products free from harmful ingredients, and this is the only styling clay I’ve come across that’s free from phenoxyethanol and other nasties. The premium packaging and the fact that it’s made in the UK are added bonuses. Highly recommended for anyone who values natural hair styling.

Smells nice and holds hair well. Nothing wrong with it at all but also nothing special meaning I found it hard to justify the price. I would have a hard time telling the difference between this and a £3 pot from Savers

Best hair product I have used and phenomenal customer service! Previous orders have had no issues. But on a recent order I had a bad batch arrive that was grainy like some of the other reviews. I contacted the seller and they was amazing at sorting out the issue and it was all rectified. 100% recommend

Really good product! I don’t usually write reviews but I’m hoping this helps the person out there looking for a specific thing like I was. I’ve been trying to find a cruelty free hair product that matches shockwaves Matt clay which I’ve used since 2006! After many unsuccessful products for different reasons... this is the one. Dare I say it’s actually better. Great texture, hold and feel. Only niggle is the smell. It’s not that it’s a bad smell, it’s just not a pleasant smell for hair to be. Like a mix between a candle shop and a cleaning product. Really happy with it. if you’re in my situation struggling to decide whether to splash out on it or not... I’d recommend do it.

I have used this product before, and have been happy. So much so, that I re-ordered on several previous occasions. However, like others, with my most recent order, the clay was gritty and I knew that there was something instantly wrong. I’m not sure if this is a faulty batch.
