Can this be used to supply power to 2 ring devices? I have a doorbell and a camera that both use a usb-c cable to charge

Theoretically, yes. In a practical sense, no. It wouldn't be worth the time, materials, and effort to do this. First, this could not support the Ring directly, as it provides power only when the sun shines. Thus, you would have to use it to charge a reasonably-sized battery. By the way, the controller only works with lead-acid cells, so lithium cells or even NiCads wouldn't work with it. Next, the Ring works on AC, not the DC supplied by the solar panel and battery. So, you would have to include a DC to AC convertor in your system. There are panels specifically designed to provide power to the Ring, though they are a bit pricey.
