It does not say were it is made. **Q: does it pour fast? does it have a slow stopper so it doesn't pour out fast?** A: No stopper at all. I pour it into smaller bottles with pour spouts. My customers like this syrup allot. **Q: How much syrup does it take to make a good flavored snow cone? I’m making snow cones for a youth group and trying to calculate how much syrup to buy.** A: Someone said 4-5 ounces per cone; I don't use NEARLY that much. I use the 9 oz clear plastic cups. I shape a nice ball of snow taking up most of the cup. I add 2-2.5 ounces of syrup -- usually one ounce of one flavor on one side, and another ounce of another flavor on the other side. Then I drizzle a small amount to finish off the color. If I were selling them, I'd probably need to make 'em bigger, but these are just treats for my kids after dinner... **Q: Do these container artificial sweetener? Do they have Red #40?** A: It does have Red # 40.
