I've got several Panasonic Toughbook CF-U1's with n hard drives. The only option for these was an SSD modification using an 'mSATA to CE ZIF 1.8 inch SSD to 40 pin ZIF CE Cable Adapter Converter' and an SSD. This cable was required for the modification, but the 200mm was a bit overkill. No big deal. What I didn't like was the fact that the stiffener on the end is attached to the cable completely, This makes the cable WAY too stiff and unable to bend at the end. I guess in certain cases that may be preferable, but most cables have the stiffener separate not fully attached to the cable. Overall, I'd recommend these. They work fine.

Perfect solution for my 2015 gmc yukon

This is the part you need to fix your GM’s DVD player. I replaced the ribbon in my 2015 Yukon XL with this ribbon and it did the job. You get 20 with your order, so you can fix both of yours several times. Since your Yukon is a lemon, you should keep the spares handy. Removing the unit from the vehicle is easy. Took me less than 5 minutes. Only four screws hold it in. Watch the you tube video. Taking apart the unit takes longer. Having a tool to separate the flaps cover so you can get to the ribbon is helpful. The unit base is help together by several screws and doesn’t requiring any prying. The ribbon is held in by a simple flip gate ( opens like a clam shell short side up) on both ends. If you have any experience inside a computer this fix will be easy. It cost me $7 to fix it in less than 45 minutes start to finish. That’s better than paying the dealership a rediculous $700. I need to save that money for when the next thing breaks on my 2015 Yukon, in about a month.

Product looks fine but we ordered 7.87” long strips and received 4 inch long strips.

Unfortunately these strips are too short for my application. Need 200mm strips to run from screen to board.
