It's a great PWO if you want that angry, super hyped feeling in the gym. Where you want to snarl at anyone using the equipment you want or rip the weights right out of a noob's hands if he is using the DB's you need. Makes me want to stomp around the gym and beat my chest and roar like a f'ing lion king of the jungle. You get my point. There is no real crash that I have felt. Tastes pretty good too. If you like working out in the evenings, this might not be for you, I workout in the evenings but I never get started later than 6 because if you take this any later, you may not be able to fall asleep at bedtime. I only take one star because sometimes, after my workout, it can make my stomach feel a little off. I have modified my supplements to narrow it down and it is definitely the PWO that is causing it. Not terrible enough to make me stop using it but could be worse for others.
