HappyPanda 14 Ounce Seedless Tamarind Paste Pack (Imli | Me Chua | Tamarindo)

I've ordered and reviewed other Tamarind brands. I decided to give Happy Panda a try because there product is affordable and I really like that they're not forcing me to buy two at a time. This brand is really sour just what I was looking for. I really like how it's super seedless. If I could I would give the Happy Panda Brand an AWARD for freshness & the most clean Tamarind wet block I've ever brought. Omg, I made a juice with gun powder green tea and this Tamarind was the star of my tea. Wowza, the taste and sourness of this product is truly AMAZING. Exactly what I craved & wanted. In my opinion HAPPY PANDA is a quality Tamarind brand that's second to none. I'm not easily impressed but Happy Pandas Tamarind 14 ounce package is as good as it gets. You guy's have just earned a customer for life. I love your product & I highly recommend it.

Amazing product very sour just how I wanted it.

A lot of “seedless” tamarind products are NOT seedless. This product is fairly clean. I added a little bit of water in a sauce pan and gently heated it up until it more or less dissolved into the water. I passed it through a fine mesh strainer and had very little waste. I would recommend this product as one that is fairly easy to work with. Made an awesome Pad Thai and a delicious bbq sauce out of it. If you need tamarind, this is a good product.

Makes a big flavor statement in bar b que sauce whether home made or store bought. Also added to any sauce based recipe adds a difinative flavor.

I use this in my homemade BBQ sauce. It definately has seed husks in it despite the description as being seedless but I am looking for an extraction and a little water soak helps me remove them. The paste quality is very good and natural with great tartness and flavor.
