They broke.
So after just 6 months, one of them broke, the internal mechanism snapped.This left one of our trades men stuck inside out toilet.Apparently they have a 10 warranty, how do you claim?

A good quality product, but I would of liked the screws to be sturdier, saying that I would buy again
