It made a good batter. We were not really fans of the taste and texture. Very dense and minimal maple flavor.

This pamcake mix was easy to make. It cooked up quickly at a low medium heat. The mix itself tastes pretty maple-y to me, but once mixed and cooked I found it to be more reminiscent of a mild buckwheat pancakes taste. That was a bit disappointing, but they were good and filled me up. The batter was pretty thick and these didn't rise as much as other pancake mixes. I will probably try their maple syrup. I appreciate small batches.
