Ordered for backyard BBQ use to rest brisket, pork butt and ribs in an heated environment. Also to hold sides hot and fresh during parties. First hold was 9 hours at 155 for a big brisket packer. Worked perfectly. Second use the unit failed. Discussion with customer service ended up with me sending unit back - packed in the same box as the new replacement came in! From the time I talked with customer service to the new one on my porch was 3 days! Three DAYS! They even had UPS pick it up for no charge! The new unit worked just right on use. Amazon assisted with. The return/replacement and it was seamless start to finish. Vevor is a darn good company. Good products and OITSTANDING Vustomer Service

Purchased it to hold multiple briskets for holiday BBQ. Worked like a champ. Also kept other items at serving temps without using the stove in the kitchen. For people who do a lot of BBQ or entertaining, I highly recommend. The only downside is removing all the plastic wrap used in shipping. Some of the seal was behind screws and rivets. Pain to remove before first use. But any that is left will burn and stink, so removal is a must.

This thing is absolutely amazing! I use it to hold my brisket and Rib BBQ. It has taken my BBQ to a whole new level. The warmer holds temperature steady, Those of you looking to take BBQ to a professional level should purchase this warmer. It is great to be able to cook my brisket the day before guests arrive and get some rest while the brisket is resting in the warmer. Absolutely love it!!!

Trash only use twice and quit working. No support from Amazon or Vevor. Trash Don wast your money.

I have three issues with this warmer. First, the temperature is off by 10+/- degrees. Second, the top rack has a probe hanging down which blocks putting a pan on it. So it's now a 3 tier warmer instead of 4. Third, the power switch is loose and keeps popping out. I will probably exchange it for another one. It does keep the food warm at a safe level.

Missing parts!

Food warmer works well. I have nothing negative about the warmer as it is very nice and works well. It is also packaged very well. It even has white protective sticky plastic tape or something on the outside of the oven to help protect from scratches I am guessing. Be aware that removing the white sticky plastic tape is a pain! HAHAH! Also be aware when you get the oven out of the box the rubber feet must be put on it. I failed to realize this and put the oven on a wood kitchen table. Do not make the mistake I did, put the feet on or have a surface to put the oven that will not be scratched easily by metal.

Although bulky, its fairly light and easy to take to bbq's or other events on the road. Works awesome as well! Love it!
