I'm a huge fan of Pholicious pho and always keep it on hand, so I was excited to try their take on ramen. You can immediately see the high quality of the ingredients, and that the dehydrated veggie pack is much bigger than other brands. When you measure the water, you'll see that this makes a much bigger bowl of soup than any mainstream ramen brand, and there are plenty of noodles to match. This stuff is delicious and has surprising heat - I'd say a bit hotter than Shin but not crazy like some of the Buldak. Noodles are thinner than the Korean varieties but still have good firm texture. These are a little more expensive than the competition but again, large portions and better ingredients. I'll keep buying these going forward for sure.

It is extremely spicy. My husband who enjoys eating spicy food including habañero couldn't enjoy this one. Way too oooh spicy

This product is such a surprise. It is so hard to find a "spicy" noodle product that is actually spicy. Well here it is! The broth is NOT over salted and IS plenty spicy. I was surprised and delighted with that! The noodle texture is way better than I have ever had in a freeze dried noodle product. They include little chopsticks and a broth spoon and that's fun. My one minor criticism is that the freeze dried beef is a bit substandard, but I understand that you can only do so much at this price point. I absolutely recommend this to anyone that wants a quick, high quality, inexpensive, SPICY noodle meal. Cheers all.

Very spicy

The best instant ramen I've ever had! Not only is it good, but there is plenty of it. Comes nicely packed with mini chop sticks and a disposable Asian spoon. They thought of everything! I bought it in response to their Big Foot commercial. If it's good enough for Big Foot, it's good enough for me.

My lips are on fire. Take note... this is very spicy (beef). Couldn't get through the bowl. The noodles were very good but the spice level blew out the nuance of the soup. Too bad. All you taste is chile.

Oh my goodness!! These are fantastic! You can add whatever you like. We added thinly sliced beef, fresh crisp bean sprouts, sliced jalapeno, and cilantro. It was restaurant quality at 1/3 the cost. Love that you can make it as hot or not as you like.
