Very Misleading and disappointing
I bought this watch for my 8 year old son as a Christmas gift. I was very excited until I received the smart watch. I done a lot of research and read the reviews. My son can’t even use it because it didn’t even come with a sims card. I had no idea that the watch was supposed to use a sims card or any type of service. Or what kind. The watch is very hard to work. We are very disappointed. This was one of his “big” Christmas presents. The watch don’t even want to turn on and function properly.

It doesn’t work at all bought a SIM card an still don’t work smh

The device is very basic and the app is very bad!
I would not recommend this device to anyone. The watch shows 4G and signal, but the app shows that the device is not reachable. I followed all of the 2 pages of instructions and even sent an email and I have to received any help.
