This formula has high quality ingredients that have been scientifically proven to condition and promote growth. My brows and lashes are deeply conditioned and soft. While I haven't noticed any length or volume in my lashes, I can say that I am not experiencing as many lashes falling out as I used to. My brows have filled in a bit and appear darker. Yay! I am in my late 50's with very sparse brows and lashes and a product that prevents shedding is a must have. I've used several other brands that haven't performed as well as this one, costing 2-3 times as much.
