1/2 ounce is 1 tablespoon. So the 1/2 ounce end is great for measuring a tablespoon of stuff without having to pulling out all the measuring spoons.

For a couple of bucks you can't go wrong! Weird that Amazon offers subscribe and save for a cocktail jigger though. I'm not sure if that's an oversight or if enough people kept ordering these that it got turned on. Still it's a great little jigger, and it's clearly labeled. I'm not going to make a habit of putting it in the dishwasher but it looks like it could handle it.

I haven't verified accuracy, but it works for me. Great price, useful units of measurement. I only took off a star because it does seem to get a tiny bit grungy, like a very small amount of weird brownish build up inside after washing. Doesn't seem like rust but no idea what it could be. I don't use anything crazy in it, just basic liquor (rum, vodka, tequila, etc., nothing thick or creamy like Irish cream, rumchata, those kind of things).

I bought this because I participated in a cocktail making class. I’ve always wanted to be a mixologist part time and this jigger definitely served its purpose. It’s about 1.5 ounces on the larger end so be mindful when certain recipes ask for just 1 oz of something.

Seems to hold more vodka than bourbon.

I love that this jigger has the volumes marked. The shape makes it easy to use. Good quality product.
