It's only been a few days at this point and so far, I'm very impressed. It was pretty easy to set up. Open the box. Remove the product. Remove the sides to get to the filters. Remove the filters from their bags and return them to the unit in the same direction they were when shipped. Remove the AC cord from the underside of the unit. Plug it into the side of the unit, and plug it into the appropriate outlet. Turn it on. Voila! Cleaner air! My spouse noted within just a few hours that I was breathing better and not as phlegmy. I didn't know if it was a placebo effect but the next day we noticed the same thing, and that we both felt a little better. 5 stars just for that!!! The Auto mode is very quiet. We have a rowenta fan and if you know how quietly they run, that's a good comparison. The sleep mode on this is even quieter than the sleep mode on the rowenta fan, which is considered whisper quiet. This purifier is quieter than a whisper, it's almost impossible to hear in sleep mode. And, the running light turns off in sleep mode, another plus... nothing to keep you awake, another plus! The air is sucked through the front and back of the unit and cool cleaner air comes out the top. It has handles built into the sides so it can be easily moved from room to room. It's pretty lightweight, pros and cons to that. It's easy to move but our cat thinks it is a step up to the window and knocks it over. It would be nice to have a sturdier or more weighted base just for that, but I can relocate it to solve the problem. The turbo definitely has some power. At this point , I would highly recommend this product.

This air purifier is effective and simple to operate. The air quality reader is so sensitive it'll detect the dust coming out of the vent when the heat comes on and you can see the ppm count drastically rise and auto mode will turn itself help to accommodate. The dual filter system is a major upgrade from the ion rod air filter we were using prior to purchasing the Dayette. There is definitely a noticeable difference just in the few days that it's been on. I would highly recommend and would purchase again in the future.
