Life-Changing Compact Dryer — A Small Appliance With a Huge Impact!
When I first brought this compact dryer into my living space, I didn’t expect it to make that big of a difference—boy, was I wrong. From the moment it arrived, this little machine has completely transformed the way I do laundry and improved my daily routine in ways I didn’t even realize were possible. First off, its space-saving design is a total game changer. Living in a smaller home, apartment, or shared space often means sacrificing convenience for square footage—but this dryer proves you don’t have to. It fits perfectly in tight corners, closets, or even stacked atop a washer without taking over the room. Despite its compact size, don’t let that fool you—this dryer delivers serious performance. It dries clothes quickly and efficiently, even delicate fabrics, without overheating or shrinking items. Whether it’s shirts, towels, or bedding, everything comes out ready to wear or fold. Since getting this compact dryer, I’ve cut down on trips to the laundromat, said goodbye to clothes-stretching drying racks, and basically reclaimed my time. It’s one of those small upgrades that just works and makes life undeniably better. convenience, this compact dryer is a must-have. It’s efficient, reliable, quiet, and honestly feels like it was designed specifically for modern living. I can’t imagine going back to life without it! Highly recommended for apartments, small homes, or anyone who refuses to compromise on comfort.

Works great!
I was hesitant about this dryer but glad I bought it. It’s small and portable with many drying options. Can fit several hoodies and several shirts with drying time around 45 min or so. Been using it for 6 months. Nothing wrong works perfectly. Highly recommend.

Perfect for small spaces
This dryer works great for apartments or small homes. It’s compact, but still handles everyday loads really well, and clothes come out dry and soft every time. It’s very easy to use, doesn’t take up much space, and the design looks clean and modern. I also like that I can run it without worrying about too much noise. Overall, a very convenient and reliable option — I use it regularly and it hasn’t disappointed.

Alright.
I’ve been using the Dessiz 11LB Compact Dryer regularly, and it’s been a surprisingly handy addition to my laundry setup. The compact size is perfect for small spaces or apartments, yet it handles a decent load—up to 11 lbs—without any issues. The 950W power dries clothes efficiently, and I’ve noticed it significantly reduces drying time compared to air-drying, especially for thicker fabrics like towels and sweatshirts. The controls are simple and intuitive, making it easy to select drying times and temperature settings. I also appreciate that it’s lightweight and portable, so I can move it around or store it when not in use. While it’s not a replacement for a full-sized dryer, it’s ideal for quick laundry jobs, delicate items, or situations where space is limited. Overall, the Dessiz Compact Dryer is reliable, efficient, and a convenient solution for anyone needing a small but effective drying option.

It is the perfect solution.
Perfect for small spaces such as apartments, dorm rooms, or even for use in an RV. It dries clothes evenly and relatively quickly for a compact model. Without a doubt, it is an excellent investment if you need something practical, portable, and efficient.

Small but powerful
I’ve been using this dryer for a little while now and I can honestly say I’m so happy with it! I was surprised by how quickly it dries clothes. Even towels and thicker clothes come out warm, dry, and soft in much less time than I expected. It’s compact and doesn’t take up much space, which is perfect for apartments or small laundry areas, but it works like a much bigger machine. Small size but very powerful 😊 It’s also super easy to use and runs quietly compared to other dryers I’ve tried. The design is modern and clean, so it actually looks really nice in the room too. I use it almost every day now and it has made laundry so much easier for me. Definitely one of my favorite home purchases recently. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient dryer👍🏻

A quiet, good little machine...so far.
I chose this dryer because it was supposed to be very quiet and have a decent load capacity that corresponded to my portable washing machine. It was also a good price compared to other machines I was considering. It arrived earlier than expected, in working order, with all the listed parts, including instructions in the box. The whole package was very light, and I had no issue carrying it inside by myself or moving it around (I'm female and 5'3"). Hookup: It was fairly easy, but it does NOT use a standard 4" vent hose. There were issues making it work with the "sliding window" vent I bought, mainly because the vent system didn't include instructions, so not the dryer's fault. I ordered a new window vent and was able to hook it up after some improvisation. Drying: It gets pretty hot for its size. I was worried about this because it's only 900 watts, whereas most other mini dryers were 1500-1700 watts. However, I was able to dry 2 pairs of shorts, 2 pairs of crew socks, 2 T-shirts, and a couple of dish towels in about 25 minutes using the "HEAVY" setting. For a load of 3 thick, good-quality bath towels, it took 45 minutes on "heavy". This seems good enough to me, so I'm happy so far. However, I haven't used any other settings yet. FYI: I live in the subtropics in a tiny condo, which is why I need a compact dryer. The dryer heats up the room it's in considerably, even with the window vent. This probably won't be as noticeable if you live in a normal climate or are using it in a larger space, but it's worth considering. However, based on my own research (Reddit and Amazon reviews), this is normal for mini clothes dryers. Noise level: Super quiet. It isn't even noticeable in the room I have it in. I chose this dryer over others with a higher wattage, mainly because of the other reviews mentioning how quiet it is, and they are very accurate! FYI, the dryer does turn off every once in a while and then restarts after a few seconds. Apparently, this is normal, and it prevents overheating... Lint Trap: The lint trap is in the back of the dryer drum. Just pop off the plastic disc, remove the filter, and vacuum it. The lint doesn't come off the material of the filter any other way, so a vacuum is necessary. You really do HAVE to clean it after each use because it's small and the lint completely coats it, even after 1 cycle. Overall, I like it so far. Most of my laundry is not suitable to be dried with heat anyway, so I got this mostly to prevent crunchy towels and cotton cloths, so the size and power are a good fit for my needs, but the IS NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES! UPDATE:1/6/26 For some reason, the dryer stopped turning off with or without the door being opened. I had to unplug it to get it to stop. I contacted the company, and they sent a new dryer very quickly. Overall, I'm happy with the easy interaction with the company and the dryer. I would still recommend the dryer.

Impressive settings, disappointing outcome
We purchased this dryer for a temporary travel housing assignment for work. From June until September it worked beautifully. Pros: The unit dried light loads in impressive time for the wattage. The ability to choose multiple settings was a deciding factor when comparing for purchase. The UV light does provide an impressive feature. It is unknown on effectiveness due to lack of ability to test claims. It does create a nice glow in the laundry closet. The duel filtration was cleaned after each load. The unit provided convenience without the imposition of lost time and money at a nearby laundromat. Cons: Durability was disappointing. Out of the box the control plate was hanging by wires from the unit. While it has a metal frame, the majority of the external casing is plastic. The drum is metal. The transparent door closure allows the user to view the laundry as it tumbles ans spins dry. The spin rate is average in commiserate to the size. The unit functioned as expected, even exceeded at time, from June until September. It then experienced failure and was literally dead. It has passed the return date. I did take it to a local appliance repair store. He advised the control board was defective. He referred to it as being a temporary approach citing cheap production with appeal of special features, convenience, and affordability. Realistic view: The wattage averages between low and medium settings on an average consumer hairdryer. In fact, most handheld models are now 1500-1800 watts. This unit provides low heat for an extended period in a contained setting. For that it is kinder and gentler on fabrics. It works for what is needed. Laundry must be planned and intentional and not a last minute decision. This unit is a temporary appliance. It is NOT built to last. It is NOT sturdy or well constructed. It is not a unit that is considered repairable by repair personnel due to inferior materials and cost. The appearance is nice at a distance, but it isn't meant to last. For a college student it may last a semester doing light loads with correct venting. It was given 2 stars based on the period of time it did function correctly.
