I live in the desert and gets up to 120 degrees. I want to leave it in my car.** A: This is not like the others. It is more a wick in the center with some oil in the bottom. I lived in Arizona and used them but I didn't leave them in the car as I carried it in my purse, but I don't see why you couldn't leave it in the car. They work well and all I can say is to try them.
