It mixes great taste delicious I just hope it’s doing what it’s supposed to lol I work out about five days a week, but I honestly couldn’t tell you if this item is doing what it supposed to. I really wouldn’t know.But I’ve always trusted BSN for the pre-workout, proteins, and amino products

BSN products are great quality, and this is no different!Cellmass is a great addition for your workout diet. I use it post workout for recovery/muscle fatige/soreness, and also contains 5g of creatine (mono/hydro/anhydrous) which is also good for recovery, as well as muscle growth and hydration.The powder is very fine and mixes easily, and dissolves without clumps. The ONLY gripe I have (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5), is the flavor selections. Cell Mass only comes in fruity flavors, none of which I'm a fan of. Not only that, but even if I was a fan of the flavor selection I personally don't like mixing fruit flavors with things like Chocolate, Vanilla, or any other common flavors of protein powders, so I end up having to make a seperate mixture for and use Cell Mass on its own, vs being able to mix it in with a protein shake. This is more personal preference though, but also a testament to the quality of BSN products, as is rather deal with a flavor I'm not a huge fan of and reap the benefits of the product, vs using other post workout recovery products on the market!Overall Cell Mass is a solid product and a solid addition to your workout regimen!

You will never go wrong with BSN Cellmass. It's not the taste I care about (although it's not bad tasting stuff), but the quality of this product is outstanding. Recovery is not lacking with this product and the best recovery nutrition is extracted and put into it. Great for people who cannot obtain all the nutrition they need for post workout recovery in one day and want a fast and easy way to get it into their system. This stuff is expensive but if you can afford it, get it and you will not be sorry. You will feel stronger and gain results faster, and will be able to notice the elevation in your performance. I recommend getting True Mass along with this product if you are interested in lean muscle mass.To be perfectly honest though, it would be nice if their products were a little cheaper.

Ordered today 01/13/18, arrived today. Was a little nervous at first because it appeared as if some of the powder was coming out even though there was the plastic seal around the top cap. I cut through the plastic and was very pleased to see the paper cover securely on indicating that it had not been tampered with. I’ve used this product before and have always had great results. Arctic Berry is the best!! Tastes like Kool-Aid. Take immediately after workout for best results. It does recommend a second serving at night but I’ve always for gone that and still had great results, so I save money. Bottom showed that it’s nowhere near expired. Definitely recommend from Amazon.

This is a great post workout supplement. The price is very economical and the results go right along with it. I take it when I first wake up in the mornings (keeps me from being too sore throughout the day) and when I get home from working out in the evenings. The blue raz flavor smells like cotton candy but tastes as the flavor is described. The mix ratio is good (1 scoop per 5oz water) so you aren't flooding your stomach with fluid. It really helps to aid muscle recovery after hard days at the gym. All in all, great product and highly recommended.
