Yes, this is a gel. I’m not sure if they make a solid.

If you bought it, and it only says deodorant, and not anti-perspirant deodorant, then it comes in a gel form. Don’t know if that’s what you mean by liquidy. Double check the product. I made that mistake once. Hope this helps.
