I am a 21 year old female that was diagnosed with PCOS and endometriosis at the age of 16. Once a year I would only get 1 period for the whole year. I stopped with the push over doctors ALWAYS telling me to get on birth-control to control my hormones but this is my lifeline. The gummies are sweet but not too sweet. We love the texture and flavor of this. Peachy flavor and is the texture of a fruit snack. It is pinkish and easy to chew. We take two gummies.

These gummies taste amazing! I usually hate taking vitamins but I don’t mind taking these at all! I’ve even noticed a difference in energy and that time of the month doesn’t hurt as bad as it used to! I used to have excruciating cramps for days two months later of taking these vitamins daily I only have one bad day now compared to the 3 I used to have! These gummies helped me more than I expected. I have PCOS and started taking them consistently. Within about two weeks, my cycle normalized, which was a big relief. The only downside is the taste, which is not very pleasant. I had to get used to it and often chased the gummies with water or something sweet. If you can get past the flavor, the benefits seem worth it. Overall, I’m happy with the results and would recommend these for anyone looking to support hormone balance and fertility, especially with PCOS.

The recommended dosage, 2/day, works perfectly for me. I have tried many versions of inositol supplements and this has been my favorite. Most are nasty tasting but this one is yummy. It helps a lot with period pains and mood swings.

Product itself was decent. Ordering and receiving were challenging. First order was canceled without notice, just realized it was removed from order. Second order, received the item, taste was a bit weird but tolerable. Re-ordered to see if I could track improvements but received a totally different supplement that I didn’t order. Because of the no return policy, I had to go through Amazon support for a refund. I just don’t want to trust ordering again.
