The replacement works perfectly. I have upgraded my rating to reflect that and also want to acknowledge the great customer service. I would have preferred the product worked the first time but things happen and the seller made a great effort to correct the issue.Item would not hold a charge and failed to charge my iPhone. It would show all the lights indicating fully charged when plugged into the wall but would not charge the phone. It would pass through the charge to the phone when plugged into the wall outlet. The item is being returned. ### ⭐ Should have trusted the other reviews *by A***R on November 20, 2018* I ordered this battery phone case for a two-week international trip. I was going to be in a remote area and was afraid I would not be able to charge my phone often. Since, I needed to use my phone for photos, I ordered this battery case in hopes that it would help extend my battery life. The case itself is nice, smooth, and not super bulky. I tested it before leaving and it appeared to work correctly. However, on the second day of my trip it stopped working and was worthless for the remainder of the trip. I had read several reviews that this happened often and I guess I should have trusted them.I reached out to the company to ask to return the case for a refund and they did not even have the decency to respond. The product information also states that the case comes with a lifetime warranty. What good is the warranty if you can’t get the company to respond? Save yourself the trouble and do not purchase this case.
