We went through all kinds of natural treatments (feed upright, rice in milk, etc) and after those didn't work I was so desperate to get my baby out of pain, I even tried (much against my personal preference) doctor prescribed PPI. We finally started seeing results after we started using this. Be aware, this does contain charcoal which can show up in baby's stools and spit up and it does stain.
