I own two meat grinders. I have a brand name, large, heavy grinder that I bought on Amazon.(😉 LEMme just say it was over $350). So for $85 I wasn’t expecting much. I thought if I could make fish patties with it I would be happy. But I was very pleasantly surprised at how this thing grinds meat. I ground 20 pounds of red meat in 15 minutes and that’s working by myself doing everything. Not once did it get hot, it never got jammed it just ground meat fast. It was noticeably faster than my more expensive model. It was also noticeably louder, and the metal case and attachments are lower quality than the more expensive grinder. But the thing is a workhorse, easy to clean, easy to operate. I’ve only used it once but I see reviews on here that say they’ve ground over 200 pounds of meat through this and I believe it.

Read reviews on several grinders. This one stood out for reviews & price. Reviews were right! Excellent machine, for household use. Hunters : this is your machine. Follow the instruction book. I have 2 deer processed into burger & sausage, with my added fat. You can add your pineapple to sausage, jalapeño to burger, seasonings, etc. Tip: have meat 1/2 way frozen, chopped in cubes - flows faster, machine doesn’t clog, no blood mess. Erin North Louisiana

Arrived quickly. Easy to assemble. Simple operation & cleaning. Highly recommend this product works great & grinds quickly. It only jammed 1 time and it auto reversed and unjammed itself. It will do a couple pounds per minute and big chunks too!

Well it's a great machine, it does work well because of the stainless plates as they don't deform so right there it's a great entry level grinder. The machine is very loud however - be careful with city apartments that have paper walls. Beware if you live in similar situations as it can wake the dead and then some. You also need to pay attention to cleaning and drying immediately after use or it will become unsanitary later down the line. But this is the case with any meat kitchen tool eh? Cleaning sucks on this version however as you cannot use a dishwasher on the parts and all must be hand cleaned. Still small price to pay for a good grinder at this price point. For me I do sausages so the grinder needs to be able to handle mixed goods as we say. I don't want to hand stuff blueberries into my bison sausages not in a million years. So in everything goes to the grinder and glad to say it handled the task perfectly. (yes bison, blueberry is utterly fantastic!) It also did hard cheese and pork perfectly as well, so there isn't any issues doing straight meat or mixed cuts or foods in my quick test. I like it so far and it cut my prep work down a bunch!

Preso per fare il macinato e qualche insaccato. Il suo lo fa, è un po' rumoroso e scalda, ma non è stato certamente creato per usi industriali e prolungati ... Per l' uso che ne faccio va più che bene! Non usatelo assolutamente per macinare cotenna!
