This is the only stuff you should be using if you want the best quality fish sauce. I’ve made so many sum tum Thais with this stuff and I’ve tried other stuff. Not the same. This is it.

I like the taste. Smell strong, but I believe it is less smelly than some brands.

Great tasting but has fructose
Taste better than Red Boat brand fish sauce which is healthier because it has two ingredients, fish and salt. Megachef has 1% fructose and 2% regular sugar. Both brands have that fishy smell. Will probably use Red Boat more.

The best tasting fish sauce I have tasted that is sold in the USA and that includes the Italian and Spanish anchovy sauces that sell for a much higher price.
