1.8Lt Stainless Steel body and Glass Electric Tea Kettle

Easy to use & easy to clean--not complicated. I wanted to brew tea, not just boil water, so the well-made tea infuser is perfect! The blue lights while it's turned on are also fun--ad easier to see than a tiny button light. I like that the cord winds nicely in the base, and that the pot simply slips onto the base--no clamps or adjusting needed. This is replacing our microwave, which we only used to heat up tea!

We love these things. MegaChef 1.8L Electric Kettle heats water very quickly, even for some cooking needs! Very convenient for glamping also. Highly recommend this kettle!! Easy to clean. The only thing that gets hot is the water.

I love using this teapot. I make organic loose leaf teas in it. I had an old tea pot, but it was easy to burn my hand on it when using it. I received it 44 years ago, when I got married as a wedding gift. This new pot is well designed, it is much safer to use. It automatically turns off when the tea is made. I love it lights up with a bright blue light when it is brewing, and the light goes off when the tea is finish. The pot is not hot, so it is much safer to use. I like the loose tea defuser, so I don't have to strain the grounds out of the tea. It is easy to clean. It makes great tea. It is well worth the money that spend to buy it. The cord is a good length. I love the fact that the main part of the pot is glass. I am trying to avoid plastic touching my food and drinks. I make herbal tea every other day in it. I highly recommend this tea pot.

I’m not a fan of the fact that it shuts off every time you get a cup and after an hour. I like the capacity and the speed water boils.

I'd never heard of MegaChef before so i read many but many reviews and researched many similar products for 2 weeks before selected this one. Finally i bought this tea kettle almost 1 month and is used once or twice p/day, been very happy with it, tea made easily, looks pretty nice with the blue light up heating the water and do very well (shuts off automatically when done, the most important thing i research when i selected because was a Christmas present for my mother has begun forget to turn off the stove when she boil water). Think the tea infuser should have been made a litte longer, when people just need a coup of tea, no 16 onz or more! Easy to use for older people as my mother. Til' now is a good value for the money i paid, and she is ver but very happy with this present! :) Cons: Very cheap plastic, dont give me confidence, so not sure how long they will last. After following the first operation instruction (filled full level, use, empty, waited 5 minutes, wash, repeat and use 2 times more, the "stainless" was stained with a lot of spots as corroded (attached picture). I would’ve given my 5 stars if cleaning would’ve been much easy!

Best tea kettle. I make a ton of tea with this guy, it lights up when on so you know its going, it is thick glass so its not too hot but sturdy, and the price wasn't outrageous.

I already had a hot water carafe, but I just loved the look of the clear glass (you can see how much water you have left in the kettle) and of course the pretty "night light" blue LED light, and since the price was great, I indulged myself and bought it! It's just perfect! It heats a full carafe of water in less than 5-minutes. And you can boil a little more than 1.8-quarts of water because it's large enough. If you like your boiling water throughout the day, this tea "kettle" is for you. It's functional, pretty and works great!

Very easy to use. Be careful taking the infuser off. It actually slides out.

I was super excited to finally get my kettle. What I hadn't realised was that it appears to have come from America and wasn't fitted with a UK 3 pin plug. Sadly it had to go back via UPS shipping. Looked nice.

Es practica y cumple la función por la que colórenlo que si es la limpieza aunque la laves y hagas lo que dicen las instrucciones se mancha la placa de abajo, tallando con una fibra se quita un poco pero eso de curarla con vinagre no funciona. Por el precio es muy buena opción.

Calienta el agua y se ve bien. La ventaja que le veo es que es fácil de llenar el agua se ve bien y hasta hoy creo que será muy duradera
