Let me tell you, I bought these capsules hoping for a little less stress and a little more “namaste” and what I got was a full on superhero squad for my nervous system. Seriously, this supplement is like the Avengers of herbal calm: Ashwagandha, Ginger, Turmeric, Rhodiola Rosea, and Black Pepper, all crammed into one tiny vegan capsule. If my stress had a lair, these capsules would storm it with capes on. First Dose: I took my first capsule and waited. About an hour later, my email inbox hit me with a “URGENT!!!” and instead of my usual panic, I just sipped my coffee and thought, “Not today, stress. Not today.” I even smiled at my neighbor’s yappy dog. Who am I? Energy & Sleep: By day, I’m calmly conquering spreadsheets. By night, I’m sleeping like a log, no tossing, no turning, just me and my dreams (last night I was riding a giant ginger root into battle; thanks, subconscious). I woke up with energy, which I thought was a myth invented by morning people. Taste & Ease: Easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste, and I didn’t have to wrestle with the bottle. My only complaint: now my other vitamins are jealous and have started rolling away in protest. Unexpected Perks: My partner says I’m “noticeably less dramatic.” (Rude, but true.) I just turned 75 and was hearing interesting things about this new product - Ashwagandha. After discussing its use with my Primary Care Manager, I wanted to experience all the benefits others had written about. Well, I'm here to say that this Ashwagandha is the real thing and has really helped me with my old-age stresses and anxieties about so many aches and pains. I do not know how Ashwagandha works, but it has helped me change my habits on sleep and daily activities. The bottom line is: "I feel better from taking one Ashwagandha daily." I highly recommend Ashwagandha for anyone who is looking to smooth out their stress, anxiety, sleep issues and overall, feelings & moods. Within an hour of taking my first dose, I felt a very positive effect. This is day four writing this review. Consider this is my experience, I am not saying it will be yours. The effect most pronounced is hard to describe. But it feels like you have been carrying a weight around so long you are used to it, and suddenly that weight is lifted off of you. I am 65 yrs old, have chronic pain in neck, back and joints. I have slowed down drastically in the last 2 yrs. After just the first pill it renewed my energy and made me feel light, and seemed to make my pain meds work a lot better. I honestly feel 10 yrs younger when the daily dose takes effect. And it lasts about 8 hrs. I don't need as much pain med using this. I am truly amazed at the difference this supplement makes. This product is an answer to the problem of having to work 40 hrs a week at my age. It seems to help with stress and problem solving as my normal workload is not stressing me out like it usually does. I have energy when I get home from work. That hasn't happened in several years. Best part is you don't have to spend $80 on a 30 day supply of the stuff Chuck Norris advertises. This brand is very affordable and I am so pleased with the instant benefits of it. It's a miracle med for me.

I have been taking ashwagandha for a number of year with different companies product. I like this 5 in 1 premium version for several reasons, primarily because it works. The second reason is it's only one capsule needed per day. My memory is great. The other ingredients are helpful so I don't need to buy more supplements. The price is a little high but taking the 5 in 1 and that it works balances out the cost. I will continue to purchase this product as long as I remember to do so. I found through some research that taking ashwagandha at night helps with sleep, but it doesn't have this affect if taken in the am. Although I am not a chemist, the ingredients appear natural.

So excited about these vitamins they help me to stay focus, retain information better and have more energy.

Second time ordering. Pills are only have filled. Very little product in each pill. I can squish the pill its like only a little powder in it.
