I love my edible glitter! I enjoy having a cocktail in the evening after the kids are in bed, and this adds an iridescent sheen to all of my creations. It was so much fun that I got another color in my cart, and I'm ready to go. Fun sprinkled on food like cupcakes and stirred into drinks. I would use a small spoon that you get in a jar of Stervia. You will find this to be super-fine, and the application is best done over some protective mat. Other than that, I adore the ethereal irredescence of the purple with slow particles. I will use it for Easter when I have guests. I can make devil's food cupcakes with white cream cheese frosting, sprinkle the stuff over a tiny bit of coconut, and place a contrasting jelly bean on top; it will depend on the color of the sprinkles. I like this idea because it accommodates people with some food requirements (check the page). These will look great in shakes, smoothies, and other thick liquid treats.
