Sunpix Hearts Of Palm, Crisp and Zesty, 25 oz Glass Jar (Pack of 4, Total of 100 Oz)

The product arrived without mishap considering they were in glass jars. I ordered 4. They were well packaged. Kudos for that alone. Another round of kudos for the flavor of the pickled palm. They are delicious!

The box itself wasn't damaged but for some reason two of the bottles in the box was busted open and leaking all over everything. I don't know if the person that packaged the order just threw broken bottles in the box or what but I don't even feel comfortable cleaning the other two bottles because I don't know if they're all defective or not. I was excited because hearts of palm are one of my favorite things ever but this was a disappointment. And it's expensive but I should've known because there's a few other reviews talking about defective or broken bottles.

Love love hearts of palm but they are hard to.find in the larger sizes. ISo happy Amazon carries them

I have tried a number of palm hears - various canned brands. I always come back to these - they are delicious. they are never woody, always soft. I would recommend buying them in Costco though, usually more cost effective.

Arrive with jars broken. Was immediately reimbursed

From what I understand this actual product is typically pretty good. However, the product I received included two jars that had leaked all over everywhere. They were packed in plastic, but even the cardboard was wet. This had been going on long enough that black mold started to grow inside the plastic packaging. That’s the dark places that you see on the plastic bubble wrap. The worst part is, this is an item that I am not allowed to request a return or replacement on so it feels like I’m throwing away a lot grocery money with no option for recompense.

Although some of the jars came broken I got a full refund. Awesome customer service.

The media could not be loaded. I love these and this brand! Bought before, no problem, no leaks and delicious! By far my favorite hearts of palm! BTW I couldn't find where to let CS know one in 4 jars was opened so I'm a bit upset that each jar comes to about $12 and 1 whole jar was compromised.
