Take 2-3g's in the morning to quit drinking
I started taking kudzu to try to control alcohol cravings, and at first, I was disappointed because it didn't seem to do anything. Then, out of desperation, I started taking multiple brands of kudzu (this was one of them), totaling 2-3g's of kudzu in the morning, and then another g of kudzu around lunch if I even thought about alcohol.Been sober for 90 days without a single alcohol craving. Cut cravings
Very happy with this product it has really help me cut down my drinking from 3-4 times a week to fridays and Saturday only. I definitely recommend this product.This along with milk thistle.
