We've had this for something like four years, and it has traveled around the world with us. Not as powerful as our home WaterPics, but definitely does a respectable job. Love that it recharges via USB; a battery charge lasts up to a week.

I purchased this because I was noticing gum recission and was concerned for gingivitis. When shopping around the plethora of options, I chose this one due to its portability feature and low cost. Upon opening the package I was immediately impressed. There's nothing like that pleasing first impression from good packaging. The travel bag was even more impressive. It smelled wonderful like a new car smell. The way light reflected off the textured carrying case was quite impressive. The apparatus itself on first impression seemed complicated with lots of gadgets but despite the bells and whistles it was very intuitive and easy to figure out- I didn't even need the manual. Simply twist off the bottom cap and replace it with the top cap, which now serves as the water reservoir. The machine has 4 modes: Normal, Soft, Pulse, and Nasal. It comes with 4 flossing tips, 1 gum tip, and 1 nasal tip. I found them all to be very effective. Here's how I tested it: After a heavy protein meat dinner I had some food in between my teeth. I normally floss after dinner but this time I held the floss and tried the water floss instead and I was able to get all the food out in between my teeth. I flossed with traditional floss right after to see if there were any additional pieces I could dig out and none. The nasal mode was a trip! It was very unpleasant experience with a discomfort borderlining on painful sensation on my upper sinus cavities but that was short lived and I felt amazingly clear afterwards so I think the pain was well worth it. Especially with the threat of COVID-19 which inoculates the nasal membranes, this feature is very important! I've been using the traditional thread floss for years! But I definitely feel the water floss is more effective, i feel my mouth is cleaner, and its definitely faster. The only downside is that it's messier: it's hard not to get water splashses on my bathroom mirror. No reason to shy away from all its benefits though. Going to get this for my mother as she was asking about my experience with it and I believe she will love it. Highly recommend!

Went back to this flosser after trying a couple others. They even had cost more but they don’t compare to this flosser!

Worked great and battery life was great but started to act funny and not turn on after 6 or 7 months and before the year was up not working at all.

If you need a portable dental flosser this is it. The case is sturdy and able to hold my toothbrush too! The unit is staying nicely charged. The water cup is small (good for traveling). I have to fill it twice to clean my teeth well. I like the variety of attachments and think it is good value for the money.

DOESN'T LAST. NOT RELIABLE. DON'T BUY. This worked for 10 months and then started losing power, recharging doesn't seem to help, I expect it will soon stop working. I bought this in November, 2024. I was so pleased the first few months of using my own I recommended it to a friend, which now I regret. The first tip started leaking after about 4 months.. The flosser is compact, has a very nice case and is great for traveling. I paid $26. For the price, I'd take my chances with another one that has better reviews and good customer service, I haven't tried but I see that others have, without results. If you use it occasionally for travel, might be worth it, but I am going to purchase a different one now with consistently good reviews. It is unacceptable that the customer service is basically a joke. Chinese. What's new.
