Very misleading as this product is not suitable for UK 240 volts. US voltage is 110/120. They should not sell this product on the UK site and they should put a warning that its not suitable. I'm returning mine as it arrived today. What a shame, I was so looking forward to use it 😢

The 3rd time using it and it started sizzling and the orange press that holds/presses the mug in the middle started shrinking and wilting down before my eyes! I am so upset as I bought this item with so much high hopes. Unfortunately I can't return as it will cost me so much to that. This is just money wasted...down the drain. I DO NOT recommend!

Don’t buy this on here if you are expecting one that is going to be used in UK. The volts are too low to be used here and it’s a 2 pin plug, not 3. Amazon customer service line was helpful and quick to send me a return label, but it’s annoying as being sold on the uk Amazon site you’d expect something you can use here. I’m now waiting for the refund that can take 7-14 days from when they receive it so I can buy a tumbler press elsewhere.

I've had this product since Augus and used it a handful of times. This morning I switched it on and heard crackling. It was on fire.

My heat plates bubbled and started cracking and smoking as soon as I turned the machine on!

Now trying to claim back Amazon which isn't easy. If your in the US then great. But don't accept from the UK

I have got one of these and it's not compatible with uk Watts and volts I'm trying to contact the supplier but with no luck and can't seem to find where it says about watts etc

It work almost perfect. Although with 15oz mug the presser does not close properly, you have to turn the mug to the other side of the handle after one side is done, to get a good sublimation, also you need to push the mug a little hard. Even though, the sublimation came out just perfect. I will say this presser is more for skinny mugs, tumblers, which I did, and turn out beautiful. It gets hot fast, and I will say after about 15 turn off. And you have to wait a few minutes to start again, I believe that’s for safety reasons, which I like. I recommend this presser for beginners crafters, is very easy to use. One thing, this machine is for only straight shape items, it does not work with different shapes.

Die Presse ist nur für 120V ausgelegt und besitzt einen US-Stecker. Leider kein Anschluss ans deutsche bzw. europäische Stromnetz möglich.

War ein teures Teil ,bin sowas von enttäuscht,nach 4 Tassen nur noch Schrott obwohl ich alles gemacht wie es angepriesen war. 🤬

This tumbler heat press has been a great addition to my business. I really like the automatic pressure adjustment because it makes pressing tumblers and mugs much easier and more consistent. The heat is even, the controls are simple to use, and I appreciate that it can handle different drinkware sizes. It has definitely made my sublimation workflow faster and more convenient, especially when working on multiple orders
