Great oil seeps through
The castor oil works amazing. The wraps are great except they seeped through the knee wraps and stained my sheets. Use a towel under you to avoid staining sheets.

Disappointed – No Instructions Included
Disappointed – No Instructions IncludedThis kit came with 13 pieces and castor oil, but unfortunately, it didn’t include any instructions. I tried to figure it out using common sense, but it wasn’t enough. I still don’t know how to use it properly. I ordered this product on 6/2 and haven’t been able to use it at all. I wish I could’ve returned it, but it’s too late now. I’m stuck with something I probably won’t ever figure out. Very disappointed with the outcome.

Disappointed. No castor oil and the pads look like someone ran over them with a bicycle.Side note: I returned the first incomplete order, reordered and received the product with the castor oil. So far everything looks great have not used the packs yet.
