I have to say, this robot cleaner is one of the best i have ever used. The design is beautiful, modern, and very practical. its PERFORMANCE is outstanding whether vacuuming carpets or moping the hard floors, the results are simply excellent. the suction power is incredibly strong and removes dust and dirt effortlessly, leaving the carpet/surfaces perfectly clean. compared to other competing brands, this vacuum clearly stands out in terms of efficiency, quality, and overall performance. from personal experience, i highly recommend this robot. powerful, reliable, and absolutely worth the investment.

This device is outstanding. It’s absolutely new type of vacuum robots. I couldn’t imagine that progress. It does vacuuming, washing, making funny pictures of pets, recognizing furniture, cables, gives advises, cleaning never was that easy. I scheduled it for night quiet mode and my house is clean every morning. Just a dream!

Having this X50 Ultra following things I love about it and few cons to keep in mind Loving: 1. The threshold crossing feature (Proleap) is best, previously I had placed silicone ramps for older robots even then those robot got stuck sometimes, with X50 ultra that is not worry at all. 2. I like the dual brush tapered design and surprised to not find many hairs, on previous robot the roller brush got damaged due to hairs tangled around it, but this is not the problem any more. 3. The retractable LIDAR sensor gives the best of both world i.e the reduced height and Keeping the LIDAR function. there is another brand which tried to integrate the LIDAR within the robot body but its is not functioning well. 4. Mopping performance and Vacuum Performance is best so far Not so Loving points: 1. Battery although seems enough if we perform Vacuum & Mop function together. But, if you decide to do Mop after vacuum the battery gets depleted half only for first vacuuming phase and then mopping doesn't finish, Robot has to take a break to recharge itself and then continue after it gain 30% charge. I am considering a 1000sq.ft of cleaning area. 2. Robot doesn't understand this chickpea size debris and cleans around it. The robot is leaving anything like size of chickpeas under dining area or like coriander leaves, I suppose with future updates they provide a fix for this.

Robot was working great for around 5 months, after that it started acting weird and stopped working. It couldn't find his base station anymore and it would get stuck on doorways around 2cm in height that it was going over easily before that. I tried everything to fix it, but nothing helped. Tried eveything, including: - Factory reset - Robot reset - Map reset - Cleaning the sensors on the robot and the base - Etc At the end, I just ended up with a faulty unit. I won't buy their products anymore. It's a shame, as by pure functionalities it is one of the best on the market.

This machines does everything by itself and involves almost little effort to maintain. Fantastic suction power and automated. Very quiet compared to other vacuums I’ve owned. Fully recommended

This is a flagship product, for its price range it should clean the house with one charge, it drains battery so quickly but charging wise it is not fast For example it drains 22% in 18 min task ! On good side It has exceptional obstacle avoiding mechanism For cleaning and mopping i would say it is mediocre; because it have put some rices to test, algorithm passed without cleaning fully , you have to pass one time ; this is also drains battery more
