FilaWomen’s Memory Runtronic Slip Resistant Work Shoe

I can not stand making purchases for "work clothing".But, aside from the fact that I maybe should have purchased these 2 sizes larger instead of only one, they've been GREAT so far.When they adv. them as SLIP RESISTANT they aren't joking.I could probably work on a floor covered in olive oil and be fine!Although I admit I just got them, I'm happy to update this if I find they don't last, or rip, or other shoe issues...Only advice: if you wear a 6.5M, go ahead and get the 7.5M instead.

I work as a waitress, hard wet oily floors, these shoes are non skid, soft and light!! This is like my 7th pair (from different sellers). I buy them for work and for everyday shoes. I have noticed that these shoes spike up in price, like $20 or more!! So when I see them for around 30 bucks I snatch them up. You can't go wrong with these shoes!!

I work in a school kitchen and have to have slip resistant shoes. The beginning of every school year my company will provide an already approved pair of ugly shoes from a retailer most food service workers know of. I found out this year (after 4 yrs) that if I buy my own they don't have to come from that company or even be black. So began my hunt for an affordable pair. I love these! They're comfortable and cute. My only complaint is the laces are short and they're make noise on linoleum. All I had to do was turn the slip resistant tag into the DM assistant.

I wear a size 7 1/2 and I ordered a size 8. They fit but are tight with socks on. They look really nice and seem to be well made and sturdy. The arch support seems to be just moderate. I have not worn them to work yet, I plan to wear them on one of my “short” shift days for 4 1/2 to 5 hours to see how they feel before wearing for an 8 hour shift. I will update once I have worn them as to how comfortable they are to work in....I have worn these to work now and they felt ok for my short shifts but not a lot of cushion and they are a tight fit. I plan to get some insoles to put in them to see if that helps. I really like the sturdiness of them. One other thing, the shoe laces are kind of short so I will be ordering longer shoe laces as well.I still Stand by my 3 star review....

pro:-comfortable , memory foam- nice looking- supposingly wet, oil resistanceCon-very hot / warm if you prefer, so hot that I think they should specify it as a winter shoes which I think I will sweat if I wear it for more than 5 minutes-tight around opening, a little hard to put your feet in ie not so much a slip in shoes , but that helps fix the position of the pads and stuffs.I order size 8 (US) the euro size listed is 39 for my mom, who wear US size 8 EU size 38 which she says runs a little large on the toe, she likes tighter shoesI wear us size 7.5, EU 37 and I think it fits fine, I tend to like one that gives some space for my feet and the shoes is tight on the feet so I can wear it without slipping. I walk with it, very comfortable except may be too hot for any other seasons beside winter.Over allThis is a warm and tight shoes that fits 37-39 EU size feet, consider it as a winter boot may be a better choice.

I loved my last pair of Fila's but couldn't find them in stores or online to buy another pair. I opted for these and wish I hadn't. They are ok. The run a bit small so I wished I sized up. They seem to be narrow. Unfortunately, I thought they were ok after quickly trying them on and wore them to work. My feet hurt badly after about 1 hour on my feet. I'd get insoles but they are already in the tight side.They are ok. Maybe I'd like them more if they fit better. Definitely size up a half to one size.

This pair of shoes are the best for working or walking. They are slip proof…which is why I purchased my first pair. I was working in a restaurant and they were great….absolutely no slipping. I bought three pair, all different colors. Loved them! (Five years ago) I have since retired but I’m a walker. I walk most every morning one and half to two miles. These shoes offer the best support……I have a minor back problem….with these shoes my back does not give me a problem. I’ve worn out the support in my others so this last purchase was to replace them….the old ones still look great and I throw them in the washer to clean, I use them to work in yard.

These shoes were recommended by a friend and I’m so glad I got them because they are so comfy and lightweight! Fit is as expected! The only con I currently have is that they came with a small tear on one of them. Granted I was able to hand sew it, it was still a little disappointing. It won’t let me upload a photo. Will update on how they wear after a few days! **Update: these are amazing! They are super comfy! The first day they felt a little snug I think because of the memory foam, but honestly during my shift that day they already started to loosen up. The shoe laces where short at first but obviously once the shoes loosened up I was able to make them tighter. They are true to size! I will definitely buy another pair! **

Son unos tenis muy buenos en general, la suela es antideslizante y tienen plantilla memory foam, lo cual los hace súper cómodos para caminar todo el día. Se ven de buena calidad y durables.

Es muy cómodo y seguro para caminar. La talla es exacta a cómo dice en el lugar de compra.Tiene mejor estética que en la foto.Excelente calidad - precio.Los compraría en otro color.

I work in a hospital where I'm on my feet all day so I need a good shoe. I really thought these shoes would be good but they weren't, they are the same quality of the Fila shoes I bought at Costco for $30.00
