The treadmill from cultsport was a game changer . Really convenient and user friendly. Installation was done by professional with minimal installation charges or can be installed by oneself by watching the installation videos. The customer service was really informative and supportive. The user manual was missing from my package and I told this to the customer care. They responded quickly and sent me the pdf of manual and warrenty . The treadmill has different workout modes . It has really sturdy built in quality. The treadmill was not wobbling at all while walking or running . The manual inclination of the treadmill was really helpful. The grips and button are placed at good reach. It can be paired with the mobile cultsports app and all the workout can be tracked . The bonus with this treadmill are the free diet plan consultation and a free exercise session with the experts. After installation of the treadmill I had a over phone consultation Dietician Manisha. I was asked about my daily lifestyle , my eating habits, my allergies, and my preferences . Accordingly they made a perfect diet plan for me with many options which was reflected on the cultsports app itself. Another plus point was the free workout session with expert trainer. I had a 30min live workout session with Trainer Suraj Kumar . Suraj was really polite and informative. He instructed me few warmup exercises which should be done before doing workout on treadmill, which was really helpful. Overall I had a good experience. 😊

Good for me. I use it for walking, not running. But it can handle running also. Easy to instal and reasonably strong.

Cheap quality product and no proper warranty support and no response. Very bad experience. No after sale service support. Don't buy this company fraud item

I've been using this treadmill daily for a week now, and I must say it’s an excellent choice for home workouts. The motor is powerful, the belt runs smoothly, and the machine operates quietly and remains stable—even on slightly uneven surfaces. The built-in workout programs function as expected and add value to the training experience. However, I feel a few improvements could make it even better. One key feature missing is speed preset buttons—for example, quick access buttons for speeds like 3 km/h, 5 km/h, or 7 km/h. This would make transitioning between walking, jogging, and running much more convenient compared to manually pressing the speed up/down buttons. If you have high fat deposits, you should consider getting treadmill with a wiser track. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this treadmill. It’s affordable, effective, easy to move, and simple to install. A great value-for-money option for anyone looking to build a consistent workout routine at home.

This review is done after a week’s use of the Fitkit by Cult Turborun Treadmill. It scores 5 star in all parameters. Delivery of product is done systematically. Good transport worthy packaging, easy to install, no need of technician to make it operational. Found the build quality very good. Silent operation, easy to fold and move. Have been using for the past week by two people for 30 minutes of continuous operation speed around 5.0 KMPH Only caution for some one who want to use it for real cardio workout, consider wider and longer walk area, may be that’s the difference between home use treadmill and gym treadmill. Here in this machine one get just about fixed walk area, if try to step back a bit, sure to touch the end of belt cover. No space to move side ways as well , even hand swing is sure to touch the handle. But at this price I don’t mind these size limitation, Overall great buy

Review after one month of usage: Updating after using it for a month. Mechanically it's a very good treadmill. Haven't faced any issue in last one month. If you are looking for simply doing some exercise ,it's a perfect device. If you are a little advance user then there are a lot of improvement areas in this product. 1. Blootooth connection between app n treadmill is very inconsistent.it disconnect frequently and you loose your exercise data instantly. The app doesn't save it's data while you are working out. 2. If ur app gets disconnected while exercising and u try to connect it back it resets the running machine. 3.The disconnection is more frequent if u hv ur app connected and also u r using a Blootooth headphone connected to ur phone. 4.the pre loaded programs on treadmill are not as per this model. They try to increase the inclination automatically but this machine has manual inclination. This result in a situation where you r running at same speed for loger time. 5. The program illustration icons are hidden by the hook provided to hold your phone or tab. 6.heart rate sensor is very slow.you need to keep your hand for more than 2-3 minutes to for to record your peak. In that much time heart rate calma down. 7. App does not save the data continuously so if it's id disconnected u loose data or if you recorded a High heart rate in the mid of the exercise and then again you took heart rate at the end of the exercise where it was lower and stopped the machine then app just remembers the last reading of lower value.it doesn't record the trend of your data during exercising. I am again saying mechanically it's fantastic device that I am using daily. It needs improvement in some of the areas i mentioned. I most probably will need to invest in a good health tracker watch or band instead of relying on treadmill app and it's sensors . --------------- Review after purchase: Treadmill is good for the price.
