I ordered this product because lately I haven’t been able to stomach my KPax prescription vitamins (causing me to vomit). I have used three patches up to date, and I don’t know if anyone else has left this same review, but after wearing on my shoulder for about an hour, my arm really starts to hurt. After about half an hour more, my whole body aches. Symptoms are consistent with wearing the patch. I tried on both arms just to be sure.I have read that side effects of a B Vitamin injection can cause these issues. There aren’t a ton of studies or information about vitamins through patches, so I have limited research to reference, but assume there could be similarities.I have not noticed extra energy or anything like that. Though that could take longer than three days to experience. Honestly, for now, I only know the patch is doing something because of the side effects.These side effects last the entire day, FYI. I plan to finish the pack and see if anything changes. It isn’t unbearable pain, but it’s noticeable and annoying. There’s nothing fun about sitting around feeling achy all day.

This is the time of coronavirus. I'm 60 years old, have cirrhosis from past HepC, eat zero vegetables and, as of 2 months ago felt like I might not outlive my 11 year old dog. Two months ago I got some of these patches. That's been the only change I've made. After the first month, I have energy like I have not had in years, my sleep is completely turned around for the better and in general, I feel like I'm healthier than I've been in ages. I take meds for high blood pressure but I'm not good about always remembering if I took the pills. I can look and see if I have a fresh patch every day ago I don't forget to change it daily. I've never liked that aftertaste and gassy feeling after a multivitamin pill and this has none of that. I wouldn't have believed 2 months ago how much better I'd feel with these patches. I know I sound like a broke record but it's true. I told someone at the beginning of this virus thing that I thought it would be the end of me if I caught it but I feel differently now. I no longer need 2 hour naps every day. I think I might survive this virus if I catch it now. These patches are a little expensive as I'm on disability but I'll find the money now that I've seen firsthand the difference they make in my health!

I don't eat regularly and if I take vitamins on an empty stomach they make me sick. My nurse practitioner recommended patches.I chose this brand because I couldn't find any other with potency levels up to my standards. I think they're useless if they have only a tiny fraction of the recommended daily amount.Today is my 12th day of using the patches. I don't feel any different but I didn't expect to. Vitamins have never made me feel different.The patches are easy to use. They come with a plastic backing, so the previous complaint of not peeling off has been resolved. I also use an immunity patch from a different brand and I wish they would adopt the plastic backing.My only complaint is the effect of the patches on my skin. While I'm wearing the patch I can't tell it's there. But when I remove it there's an itchy red square left, usually with adhesive I have to rub off. The itchiness lasts for about a day and the mark fades after 2-3 days. If I could find comparable vitamin levels in a different patch I would try them. The other patch I use doesn't cause this problem.It will be a few months before I have blood work done again. I will update this review when I have the results.

I have been using these for over a year now, and love them! I use the Multi Vitamin and the Sunshine D regularly, and the Energy B as needed. I have noticed a huge difference with my skin, and my immune system has never been better. The only downside is I am allergic to adhesive, so I will break out to the patches on occasion, usually if I put them in the same place too many times in a row. This is a great alternative to oral vitamins that upset my stomach, and I have recommended them to many friends and family members.

I cannot believe how much this patch helps my energy. I've struggled with chronic fatigue syndrome for about 30 years, and for the last 4-5, I've had very few "good days" as a result on ongoing physical and mental stress from trying to care for my elderly mother post-stroke and suddenly widowed. I'm also using this company's B-12/energy patch, and as I said, I cannot believe how much more functionality I have as a result.I did have to reduce to using just half of one of these daily, in combination with the B-12 and anti-aging patches, due to the cumulative dose of niacin (B-3): after about 6 hours on, I'd flush severely, and it would last for hours more. Once I re-read the labels, I figured it was an overload of niacin (this patch has 40 mg alone, which is a high dose of traditional niacin and almost certain to cause flushing). At half strength, I do fine.The combo of B-12 and this multi-vitamin patch have made a HUGE difference in the quality of my life, and with the first use. I don't tolerate many vitamins, especially the Bs, but I need the right form of folate due to having the MTHFR mutation. These two patches have it.I am thrilled to have discovered this method of getting critical nutrients (I am not a bariatric patient; I just have a sensitive gut for several reasons) ... no stomach upset, no heartburn, no endless swallowing of capsules and tablets. AND ... best of all, the method truly works and I'm feeling consistently better almost daily.

I've heard that calcium can interfere with the absorption of Iron, so it seems silly to take any supplement with both in it. I ended up using the patches, but buying a separate iron supplement to take at night, after I've taken the patch off. Maybe being on the skin mitigates this from happening, but I didn't feel like my iron levels were coming up any.The patches stick well, but you have to be careful pulling them off the paper as they stick a little too well.
