These taste great and are easy to consume BUT THEY HAVE NO CREATINE! A recent expose shows they have less than 0.125g of creatine in them. You're basically eating sugar. Extremely disappointed and false deceptive. I want my money back. Always look for products with verified labs testing. Awful value for money and completely ineffective.

The container has top that requires you to push down and twist and it's needlessly complicated to open. It's the first time I've had creatine gummies have a child-lock type lid so doesn't seem like it's required. The product itself is great and tastes good but the lid seems needless.

Tasty and do the job

No creatine in it.. been using it for 6-7 months before finding out.. I did notice poor performance in gym, and felt more fatigue overall but I thought it’s because of other factors like hormones or nutrition. As soon as I started taking actual creatine I could feel the side effects (upset stomach) so I was clearly lacking it from my system… can’t believe I was so foolish in thinking creatine can have this great texture and taste. Should have thought something is wrong.

Cola gummies taste really nice but they are not low sugar so I gave up on them. Creatine didn't work for me. Lion's Mane does a much better job.
